Decor Director (Volunteer, Board Position)

Reports to: Chair and Executive Director

Role Overview:

The Decor Director oversees the decor strategy, event atmosphere, and physical representation of the Mosquers brand across all events.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead decor design for all Mosquers events.

  • Oversee contracted Events Team logistics for festival weekend.

  • Manage third-party decorators and ensure creative vision is delivered.

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on brand-aligned physical spaces.

  • Contribute to organizational strategy as a Board Director.

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Decor Coordinator
