Decor Director (Volunteer, Board Position)
Reports to: Chair and Executive Director
Role Overview:
The Decor Director oversees the decor strategy, event atmosphere, and physical representation of the Mosquers brand across all events.
Responsibilities:
Lead decor design for all Mosquers events.
Oversee contracted Events Team logistics for festival weekend.
Manage third-party decorators and ensure creative vision is delivered.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on brand-aligned physical spaces.
Contribute to organizational strategy as a Board Director.
Provide leadership and oversight to the Decor Coordinator
